NOTICE OF ACTION Emergency Meeting Thursday, May 23, 2002 9:30 P.M. _______________________________________   H.R. 4775 Appropriations 2002 Supplemental Appropriations Act for Further Recovery from and Response to Terrorists Attacks on the United States The Committee granted, by a vote of 8 to 4, a rule providing for further consideration of the bill. The rule provides that in addition to the amendments considered as adopted pursuant to House Resolution 428, the further amendments adopted in the Committee of the Whole and the amendments printed in the report of the Committee on Rules accompanying the resolution shall be considered as adopted. The rule provides that the previous question shall be considered as ordered on the bill, as amended, to final passage without intervening motion except one motion to recommit with or without instructions.
