WASHINGTON- The House Rules Committee met this afternoon and approved a rule for consideration of the conference report to accompany H.R. 2892, the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act FY 2010 and  H.R. 2442, the Bay Area Regional Water Recycling Program Expansion Act of 2009. Both measures are expected to be on the floor for consideration this week.
