Providing for consideration of motions to suspend the rules, and for other purposes
The Committee granted, by voice vote, a rule authorizing the Speaker to entertain motions that the House suspend the rules at any time on the legislative day of September 24, 2009. The resolution applies to motions related to H.R. 3631, the “Medicare Premium Fairness Act”.
